Google Site

In our MIS course we learn about the tools that Google offer for their users and we have an project to do about this tools that we must choose 10 tools and do an web site using Google Site to do it .Also we should have blogs that's include refractions, note, picture and video if we want but it all should be 10 blogs .In this project i do some research and some screen shot in how we use the tools, when we need it and how useful are they. So in the Google site i create my own web page and i have 10 different paged that show the 10 tools of Google that i most use and it's useful.

I really enjoy the Google blog because I write what I want in it and for any subject. Also I upload some picture and I wrote some reflection about what I do in my project or work. This project helps me to improve my skills in searching, presenting and writing so I see that is the benefits that I get it from this project also I learned about many new tools that Google offer it to us to help us in the search and do our work in more creative and easy way.

Now I will write about the 10 tools that I use them in my Google site.

1. : 1. Blogs: in this tool you can write whatever you want and also post a picture to be share with your friends. Anyone can have this blogs if you have a Gmail account.

2. 2.Google calendar: This great tool that helps you to manage your time table with it by inserts your important deadline, appointment and events. It’s automatically sending you a massage for your email remained you by the time.

3. 3. Gmail: I use this email as my primary email to send and receive emails from and to my friends. In this email you can chat, share videos and picture.

4. 4.Google blog search: that very useful in searching about any name or topic that any one writes about it. Also it’s easier than the Google normal search because you will get what you search for in specific ones.

5. 5.Google chrome: a net browser that you can use rather than the net explorer or fire fox. It’s had many feature and options more that the other 1wo net browser.

6. 6. iGoogl: I really enjoy it because you can add some fun gadget and different theme to use.

7 7.Google search: in this kind of search you can find many different tools of search that will be useful to use in your work or research.

8. 8. Google site: here you can create your own web site by the simple and easy feature that will help you in build this web site.

9 9.Google earth: This fantastic one to use. If you want to see any place in the world now you can because Google offer you this tool for research for any country or city or place by show you the map and the location.

10. 10.Google language tool: it is useful because in my study I should only study in English and sometime I don’t understand something so I use translator to translate it to Arabic and I understand it well. So this tool was very useful for me.

IELTS Exam

Today Saturday 19-Dec-09 i do my 2'nd try of the IELTS exam at the college i arrive on 8:00 am to start my exam but they started it nearly at 9:00 am. It was not that easy but i do well so i hope i will get the band 5.5 in this time if i don't get it tell the last of the year that will not allowed me to get my certificate from the college tell i have this exam done. i do good in both listing and writing but i do miss some question in the reading because of the time was not that long to finish the 3 reading passages. But i wish that i will pass this time with the band that i need to get my Higher Diploma certificate.

DWC Bazaar 2009

This year the bazaar days was 8,9 and 10 of Dec. In the year before i was in year 2 so we all should do a small business in our own as it is an project that we should do it. But now in year 3 as i am in the finance major our teacher Mr. Philip ask me and my class maid to volunteer to do the banking for the bazaar days where we should work as an employee in change the Dirham to Doze the currency of the bazaar because it's only can be used in the bazaar days. It was really good experience for use because in our future career we will be dealing with money because of our study on finance and it's related to our studying also.So i really enjoy working in the bazaar bank with my friends and Mr.Philip. Thanks sir for this good experience and it will help us in our studying and career.

My uncle Birth Day =D

Today 12/12 is my uncle birth day he's now 23 years old ,wish him a happy year . It was funny day which me and my cosins do a small party for my uncle, we made the cake and design the room and b repair it for the party. we had fun together and do some crazy thing such as we bring the spry which have many colors when you pres in it, its shooting a different colors as a soap and we all be covered by colors. So finally this day will be one of my best days and i will be remember it all my life.

Air Show 2009

In the day of 18 Dec 09 me and my class maid went to the Air Show with our MIS teacher Mr.tridib which was in the International Airport of Dubai. We should be there at 9:00 am at the college to go but some of the students was late so we leave at almost 9:30 and arrive at 10:30. first of all we have a lecture with a company and they told us about there company and what they do also they have an office in Abu Dhabi and they would like if any one want to apply for a job with them. After this lecture we go and take a tour in the gallery their are different company present in it from different country all over the world also out side the gallery there was a big space that the company show there airplanes there was many different kind of planes. after that at 2:15 pm the air show started, it was very nice i really enjoy seeing it and i get some photos for the show. finally at 3:20 we leave the show to be back to the college.

Emirates Islamic Bank Campaign In The College

In this week me and my group was doing an a project for Marketing financial services course that we should do some advertisement about the EIB which have an branch in our college. we set several ideas to do this project in a perfect way that the teacher give us a good grade for it. one of our idea is that we get an tissue box and cover it by the bank logo and distribute it for the staff, also we print the bank logo and stick it to some files and pencil to distribute it for the student and talk with them about the bank products to give them idea about this bank. So by the end of the week our give away was finish by give it for stuff and student. This way will atract more student to visit the branch and know more about the features and benefit this bank offer to the customers.

High School Students visit the Dubai Women College

In 10'th of Nov high schools student want to visit our college to get a brief information about the college and the campus . First they visit the auditorium to be welcomed from Dr. Howard and DWC staff. later than they went around the college to see how it is and know more about the classes and students. They have visit an different workshop that the DWC student done for them in different majors. Our class also invite them to have an small workshop in personal finance awareness it's done by three different groups from us so one of this group was our group so we give them an presentation in how the can be take care from there money and how they can set a goals to help them in saving there money and also about the Emirates Islamic Bank that they have a branch in the college and they have a pnfits for the student that they can open a saving account with no balance So that will be interesting for new school graduated to attend the college.

Finally it's a good experience to us that we present in front of school student and discuses with them.

Marketing Mix Project

As we are student in Finance major, we study a subject which called financial marketing service in this subject we study how we can do an marketing for the service that the banks offer or for a banking product. So we have an project that include 2 parts in the first part we should search for an organization and we chose Al Rostmani International Exchange and then we do an interview with some one in the marketing department to ask him in more details about the company and specific in one product which was travel chuqe that they offer to their customer.After the interview we should write an report and it's should be an Organization introduction,Product description, target market, competition, Pricing objectives, Distribution process, Promotion mix, Physical evidence, People and Proactive customer service this all are about the product that we chosen. In the 2'end part we should prepare an presentation about this company but this time we must give them an idea about a new product in the same what we write in the report but it will be presented this time. This Presentation is due in the last of this semester.

As an Management Business financial Services Student in this year we have some project to do we have Google project as an training lesson to my class.

First of all, i really enjoy learning more about Google in this project. it's help me to know more about Google tools and the product they offer to us.so as we do this project each girl was describe about one tool in more detail and with a way that can useful to learn it in an easy way.

also in Google we can do different kind of research and we can use Google G mail in many thing such as watch movie or chat with our friend. Or we can use Picasa to edit your photo in away that show it very nice. Also when one of the girl describe about Google chrome i really like it more than the Internet Explorer and it much useful in use it.Thank you all girls for your amazing work in this project which it finish.
